Sonal Pereira

Welcome to the Academy! I'm Sonal Pereira, and my journey in the world of hospitality and mixology spans over 12 incredible years. Born and raised right here in Vasai, my passion for this industry led me to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from the prestigious Rizvi College of Hotel Management, graduating in 2011. My career has taken me across the globe, allowing me to work in some of the world's most dynamic hospitality hubs, including Singapore and Dubai. Over the years, I've mastered global bar trends, high-volume operations, and the fine art of liquid gastronomy. For the last 6 to 7 years, I have dedicated myself to the craft of teaching. Having transitioned from working behind world-class bars to shaping the next generation of hospitality professionals, my goal is simple: to bridge the gap between classroom education and real-world bar execution. Whether you are looking to start a global career or master the fundamentals of modern bartending, you are learning from over a decade of international and real-world experience.
Swapnil Correia
Founder of CNM & Director of CLC Abroad
With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Swapnil Correia brings a wealth of national and international expertise in bartending, food & beverage operations, restaurant management, hospitality training, and leadership. After completing his Hotel Management studies in Mumbai and a Professional Bartending Course from Stir Academy, Mumbai, Swapnil began his career as a Bartender with Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Driven by passion and a commitment to excellence, he grew through various leadership positions, ultimately serving as Regional Manager with one of Mumbai's leading hospitality and facilities management companies. His professional journey includes global brands like Marriott, Taj Hotels, Divan Hotels (Turkey), and Apex Hotels (UK), providing him with rich international exposure. Today, he also serves as Director of CLC Abroad Private Limited, mentoring students pursuing global careers, and founded CNM (Cocktail & More) to develop skilled, confident, and industry-ready professionals through hands-on, international standard training.
